Mango tots started as a result of the church baby boom and as an unique opportunity to reach into our community.
Our aim is to provide a safe environment for parents and carers to come in and feel comfortable, giving them the opportunity to meet with friends, old and new. We hope that they will find support and encouragement from people in similar circumstances to their own. They do of course get to enjoy some
Coffee and chocolate cake also!
At 10:15 the church has been completely cleared of chairs and is replaced by lots of toys. There is also a small area set aside for the babies to keep them out of the way of the energetic toddlers! We can have anything up to 32 adults and 35 children so some mornings can be very busy!
We have a great bunch of people from the church who help out each week with the tea and coffee and for them we are very thankful. We hope that we will continue to have many more opportunities to build relationships with the families in our local area.
