STEPPING STONES

'Stepping Stones' is designed for children who are in their final year before primary school. It provides a stepping stone between the free play in creche and the more structured teaching in Sunday Club.  The materials used are S.U.'s Bubbles for three to five year old children.  Each week there is a story from the Bible which is reinforced through play, singing, drama and art activities.

The leaders are Joanne and Marion but the parents have opportunities to to lead the sessions and there are other volunteers from the wider church who assist  as well. This year Nesta Griffith has been regularly involved as a helper.  The children love to join in on Sunday Club Sunday at Christmas and in the summer.  They usually star in their very own 'Stepping Stones' video.
